These are manufactured through an advanced process at multiple manufacturing levels to ensure that each unique spring meets the requirements for both durability and function. Each spring is wound cold and then heat treated to provide the best durability under stressful conditions. After the heat treatment, a layer of phosphate coating and epoxy treatment is applied over the spring to protect against corrosion and moisture from entering the pores of the spring. During the final stage of manufacturing, a layer of powder coating is added to create a smooth and even surface.
