Ths clever little sprocket has a lot to answer for. The inner ring is high strength, lightweight Aluminium. The outer ring is electroless nickel coated steel for ultimate durability. Heated at 200¤ and then fitted over the inner ring gives you a high functioning sprocket with the advantages of both metals.

This heat induced fitting technique uses expansion and contraction combined with a wave pattern to ensure a solid bond between the rings. The flat socket head screws add additional strength to the chain wheel during side impact.

Self cleaning mud grooves prevent dirt build up and reduce chain wheel wear. Colours are anodised for even MORE longevity.

Available for popular dirt bikes with 520 chain in sizes 47 to 53. Extensively tested by David Knight, KTM World Enduro Team and Team Honda Off-road. Patent pending.
